ORDERING INFORMATION :

When placing an order for any piece, please note there is a four week turn-around time. In the case of small

quantities (i.e. as in ordering anything from the Flights in Silver collection), the same turn-around time is applied.

Should batches be ordered (over 10 of an item), then there shall be a 8 week turnaround time.

Should you require a faster delivery time or wish to discuss anything prior to your order, please call us on

+27 72 438 3454, and we will endeavour to accomodate you.

Orders require a 100% payment before being able to be processed.

Our on-line payment facility is provided by Paypal so you can shop with confidence knowing your details are

dealt with securely. Please note that you do not need a paypal account to make a purchase. Once you check

out you will be taken to the Paypal websight. You will then be given a choice of either paying with an existing

paypal account or with a choice of accepted credit cards. Should you not have a PayPal account, or not wish

to pay using this service and wish to order from us directly, please email duncan@duncanstevens.com or

call +27 72 438 3454.

All items purchased will come beautifully wrapped in a presentation box and delivered via a high value courier.

Postage and packing fees for S.A. are charged at a rate of 13% of purchase value for purchases under a

150.00 GBP or 10% for anything over 150.00 GBP.

When delivering within South Africa, there is a next day delivery service using a high value courier. If

international, deliveries take 3 working days. All deliveries are fully ensured.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any taxes or duty incurred for overseas purchases.

Please note that all goods will require a signature upon delivery.

RETURN POLICY :

We offer a full refund on all purchased items including earrings providing they are returned in their original

state and packaging within 14 days from the date of dispatch.

When returning an item please state clearly the reasons why the item is being returned. Once received you will

be notified by email that your refund has been processed. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded

delivery service as Duncan Stevens cannot take responsibility for any items lost in the post.

Please note that Duncan Stevens will not refund postage and packaging costs and any taxes incurred on items

ordered outside of South Africa.

The returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Every effort has been made to accurately portray the colours and materials used for each item of jewellery.

Please note however that due to digital photography reproduction and individual PC/Mac settings this is not

always possible.
